We're delighted to welcome Aldabra Giant Tortoises UK to the Alrewas show.
Found in the Seychelles, the Aldabra giant tortoise (Aldabrachelys gigantea) is one of the largest tortoises in the world, typically weighing from 75 to over 100kg and can live to be over 200 years old!
Living individually or in herds, they love to eat grass so will be very much at home on the Show Field.
They are very gentle and sociable animals - come and meet them up close.
